Dear weather in CA,
MAKE UP YOUR MIND ALREADY. You cannot be mildly cold one week, freezing cold the next and then blazing hot the week after. Please also remember that it is now the lovely season of Fall and anything above 80 degrees is totally unacceptable. I, like many other girls out there, want to wear her pretty Fall coats and dresses and boots but can't because you thought it was fun to bring back Summer this week.
IT IS NOT.
So stop looping Katy Perry's 'California Gurls' on your iPod right now and go make some ice blocks.
PS. And don't you dare skip Fall and go straight into Winter *glares

@jessica: I HOPE SO TOO :C But I thought for like more tropical countries, rain are kind of common? although I agree its annoying still when you expect it to be bright and sunny the whole week and it goes and rain -_-
